solid stay in the city center
clean roomeasy check-inprofessional staff
the room was clean the temperature was comfortable check-in was easy and check-out was also easy the location was not noisy the staff was professional and had great interpersonal skills i found this to be a significant advantage i also appreciated the prayer area on the mezzanine floor it offered a quiet space for reflection and prayer.
i found the internet to be quite slow , made working remotely a bit challenging.

the staff was helpful and showed great interpersonal skills the reception staff ensured my room request was met i also appreciated the prompt attention i received whenever i needed assistance with luggage or directions.

the hotel is on the main road it is also near the scfhs which is about three to four minutes walking distance the kingdom center and adjacent malls are within walking distance the hotel's proximity to key locations simplified travel around the area.

breakfast was good and varied the buffet included both local and international dishes i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries available each morning the dining area was clean and well kept.

the hotel features a gym with multiple machines the hotel offers a prayer area on the mezzanine floor the presence of these amenities added extra value to my stay the gym was equipped with treadmills and weights.

lackluster stay
unreliable wifimissed cleaning
The wifi was genuinely awful. I could barely load a webpage. this made working remotely nearly impossible. furthermore, the room wasn't properly cleaned one day despite me requesting it that morning. i found this a major oversight.
